During the session, participants will be guided through an audiovisual meditation and healing journey to uncover and reflect on the pressures they place on themselves and the ones imposed by society. This practice would include guided breath work and visualization. It offers participants an opportunity to connect with their inner selves, cultivate self-awareness, and explore strategies for coping with and transcending societal expectations.
