Access Bars is a gentle hands-on energy healing technique that involves lightly touching 32 points on the head. These points are believed to correspond to different areas and aspects of life, such as creativity, joy, healing, money, control, and aging. During an Access Bars treatment, the recipient lies down fully clothed, while the practitioner gently touches and holds each point for several minutes. This process creates a flow of energy, or "bars," that clears out any stuck or stagnant energy in those areas of the recipient's life. It can be deeply relaxing and can promote a sense of peace and well-being. Access Bars is often used as a tool for stress reduction, improving mental clarity, and promoting overall relaxation. It can also be used to address specific issues or challenges in a person's life, such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, and addiction.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your bookings up to 6 hours in advance online or via our phone/whatsapp. If you are late and your slot is still open/available, you can still attend the class. Otherwise, for cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee. Please always check-in at the front desk before your class, to confirm your booking.
