  • Do you cater to both men and women?
    Yes, we do, everyone’s welcome. We also have specific classes for only women
  • What should I wear during my treatment?
    During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. We provide a robe and disposable underwear if you would like it.
  • What if I am late for my appointment?
    Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your booked treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
  • Is there a minimum age for treatments?
    The treatments are for 16-18 years of age and older depending on the treatments.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 6 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full-service fee.
  • What are the accepted payment methods?
    All major credit cards are accepted. All prices are quoted in UAE dirhams and are inclusive of 10% Municipality fees.
  • Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?
    You may Whatsapp us before making your booking and our experienced team will help you choose the perfect treatment for you
  • Are Gift Certificates available?
    Yes. They can be purchased at Paus;
  • What if I have medical conditions?
    Please let your therapist know of any important medical conditions during the consultation process. Any allergies, physical ailments, or disabilities, and if you are pregnant are important to tell us.
  • What if I am pregnant?
    Before making your booking with us, please let your OB-GYNE know. Please let our therapist know as well to make sure we provide you the best relaxing treatment for our mom-to-be. We unfortunately aren’t able to perform body treatments on clients in their first trimester.
  • Paus; is a cafe, but is it a wellness center too?
    Paus; is a cafe + community space. We believe in holistic healing through different modalities, and Paus; is your space to freely choose the pause that’s just perfect for you.
  • Do you have vegan & vegetarian options?
    Yes. We want to create a food positive experience for everyone as much as possible. Please ask our staff regarding allergens in our food.
  • How much are the classes and sessions? And do you offer membership?

  • Do you provide mats and towels?
    We provide towels but we also encourage you to bring your own, as well as your own mat and good energy
  • Do you have showers and bath towels?
    Yes. However, we encourage you to bring your own towels due to the COVID-19 situation.
  • What’s your latecomer policy for the studio?
    Please be considerate of others and arrive on time. You will not be allowed to attend if you arrive 10 minutes late (or any time after a session has started for meditation). If coming late is completely unavoidable, please call us so we can check if we can still accommodate you.
  • Any tips for first-timers to a movement class and/or meditation session?
    Please hydrate. Avoid eating a heavy meal two hours before your movement class. You can hang out at our cafe and have one of our smoothies or light snacks before & after! Take it easy, Paus; is a judgement free zone.
