Yin Yoga & Sound Meditation Experience one of our signature classes, is like a mini-retreat and offers an opportunity to restore balance physically, mentally, and emotionally in today's fast-paced, technologically driven world, increasing health and well-being. A practice that incorporates yoga, essential oils, and meditation. A meditation class that aims to guide you into a deep meditative state while you're enveloped in ambient sound of bowls, gongs, and other instruments played by the instructor, or a sound therapist. Be ready to restore balance in the chaos of the modern world.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your bookings up to 12 hours in advance online or via our phone/whatsapp. If you are late and your slot is still open/available, you can still attend the class. Otherwise, for cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee. Please always check-in at the front desk before your class, to confirm your booking.
